Welcome, I’m Anzjuli
I used to settle for less than I deserved.
I dated and stayed with men who didn’t honour my worth. I was caught in many toxic relationship cycles, year after year. My health was terrible and I struggled intensely with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder).
After yet another abusive relationship ended – where I had ground my nervous system into the ground trying to make it ‘work’ – something CLICKED in me. I couldn’t live my life like this anymore. This was my line in the sand moment.
I decided I HAD to choose ME…
I had to choose me over the pain I had experienced – I couldn’t keep looping in the past!
I had to choose me over my trauma – and choose to heal.
I had to choose me over the men and relationships that didn’t serve me – and finally honour myself.
This began my journey to building a loving, beautiful relationship with myself.
That’s where it all STARTS – your relationship with yourself!
And that’s when everything shifted…
I began to honour my worth
I stopped settling for less than I deserved.
I began to see myself as the Queen that I am.
I took ownership and Authority over my life.
I began to build up my self-trust and confidence again.
And I began to turn my Pain into Power
I used what had happened as learning material so that I could change: why had I made these choices? What did it mean about what I believed about myself?
I hired coaches and worked with healers and did the inner work. I began to heal my nervous system and listen to my body’s messages
I slowly began to heal…
Now I have more healthy relationships and I leave early when the red flags pop up - instead of tolerating abuse and trying to ‘make it work’ for months or years…
I have a calmer nervous system, I know how to nurture myself and move with more calm in my life!
I’ve created a safe, loving relationship with myself that supports me through life’s inevitable ups and downs
And I’m growing deeper in my Self-Worth journey
I’m still human, I still make ‘mistakes’ – but now I see them as growth and learning instead of looping in my mind for months and years as ‘failures’.
Instead of creating a story that erodes my self-trust or my compassionate nature – I use the lessons as fuel to grow into greater levels of personal power, confidence and self-trust.
I level up everytime
