Hey so let’s get real…cause that’s what I’m all about and if you’re here, chances are you feel the same way!
Life can be freaking tough. Life can knock you the fu$% down - I’ve been there and I know you’ve been there too!
It’s taken me many, maaaany long, arduous years to feel more liberated, more free, more empowered and lemme tell ya, I’m feeling the call…the call to even mooore liberation, freedom and empowerment.
For us all.
I used to look at the ground whilst walking, collecting dust in my eyeballs, afraid to speak up and speak out!
But now I look up!
Like the QUEEN I AM
And I want that for you too!
We are all a work in progress my loves, that whole ‘diamonds get formed in the rough’ thing, thats us! And it’s true. As Women we rise from the ashes, the Phoenix, again and again. We are the butterfly’s in the cocoon, metamorphosing - that sh%$ ain’t easy!
And that’s where I come in, with these magikal bowls, with my years of lived experience, of study, research and practice. I’m so passionate to be able to share with you in my Healing sessions and 1-1 Coaching the tools, practices and wisdom I discovered on my own healing journey.

I offer Individual and Group Sound Healings in Mackay, QLD, Australia. Group events can range from a combination of Sound and Yoga, Sound, Voice and Body Activations and Women’s circles!
I also offer corporate events to foster a balanced, healthy workplace.
Online Events
Using high quality microphones I am able to deliver beautiful and soothing Individual and Group Sound Healings in the comfort of your own home! I also offer Movement and Vocal Activations combined with Sound or stand alone sessions to return you to Soundness.
