Payment & Participation Policy

The investments you make in my Sound Healing and Coaching sessions and/or programs are investments in yourself. These offerings are created with immense care, love, and energy, and have the potential to profoundly impact your life.

Because of this, I have a clear and firm payment policy:

Upfront Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan is available (for courses, retreats, and trainings). Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

No Refunds: I do not offer refunds for my services.

Payment Plans: If you choose a payment plan, you will enter a contractual agreement, committing to pay the full amount even if you do not complete the course or training.

Discounts: I do not offer additional discounts beyond those that are publicly advertised via email or social media. Personal discounts are at my discretion.

Cancellations & Reschedules: You may cancel or request a refund within 24 hours of booking a 1:1 or private session (not including programs or courses). After that period, no refunds will be issued. For 1:1 or private sessions, rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling within 24 hours of a session will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

Weather-Related Cancellations (Outdoor Sessions): If the weather is unsuitable for an outdoor session (e.g., rain), the session will be rescheduled to a later date or moved to an indoor location if possible. If the client is unable to attend the rescheduled session, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Courses, Retreats & Trainings: No refunds are provided for courses, trainings, or retreats unless I have to make unexpected changes or cancellations. Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances and availability.

Conduct in Courses, Group Programs & 1:1 Coaching: My offerings are created to be safe and supportive containers. If issues arise between participants in a group setting, I encourage you to first try to resolve the matter directly. If resolution isn’t possible, you’re welcome to come to me so we can find a way forward.

In rare cases, if someone is consistently disruptive, harmful, or unable to participate in a way that respects the group container (or 1:1 container), and this continues after an attempt to resolve the issue, I reserve the right to remove them. No refund will be given in such cases.

Participation & Access:
It is your responsibility to keep up with course materials and attend live sessions. Live attendance is highly encouraged; however, replays will be available.

Once the course is complete, access to course content — including replays — will be made available according to the timeframe outlined on the course FAQ or landing page (please read this before agreeing to these terms).

Unless otherwise stated, ongoing support through Telegram (or another platform) provided by myself will end when the course ends, and will not continue beyond that point unless specifically noted.

Any bonus 1:1 sessions (if included as part of an early bird purchase) must be used within the course timeframe or within 2 weeks of the course ending. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances and are at my discretion.
